Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, received the goods.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us (SIA "matrasi.lv Comfort", Jūrkalnes iela 1, Rīga, LV-1046, [email protected], +371 20 662 333) before the period expires by a clear statement, for example by email. You may use the form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice, using the same means of payment unless we agree otherwise.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
• You must return the goods no later than 14 days after your notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We can collect mattresses and other bulky goods within Riga ourselves, from EUR 10.
• You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as mattresses in non-standard sizes.
