How do I choose the right firmness?

Body weight and sleeping position matter most. If you sleep on your side or weigh under 60 kg, a softer or medium mattress usually suits best. If you sleep on your stomach or weigh over 100 kg — medium-firm or firm. Try our mattress finder or call us.

What is a two-sided mattress?

It has two sides with different firmness, for example a firmer coconut side and a softer latex side. Flip it to choose the side you prefer.

Can you make a non-standard size?

Yes. For rectangular mattresses the price is shown instantly on the product page: choose "Custom size" and enter width and length. We also make round and oval mattresses — our manager will quote the price. Production usually takes up to 10 working days.

How quickly will I get my order?

Standard sizes are made within 5 working days, custom sizes within 10. Delivery in Riga then happens at an agreed time. You can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout.

What warranty do you give?

All our mattresses have a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, some models longer. The warranty is shown on each product page.

How do I care for my mattress?

In the first year, rotate it 180° (head to foot) every 3 months, and flip two-sided models too. Air the bedroom regularly and use a topper or protective cover to extend its life.

What bed base do I need?

A slatted base with gaps of up to 7 cm, or a solid ventilated base. The mattress must not sag between the slats.

Does a new mattress smell?

Natural latex and coconut fibre may have a light natural smell that airs out within a few days.

Do you have mattresses for heavier people?

Yes. Some models built on high-quality HR foam are designed for over 130–150 kg per sleeper. They are marked "Heavy-duty".

Can I return a mattress?

Standard-size goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-size mattresses are made just for you, so the right of withdrawal does not apply. See "Right of withdrawal" for details.
